Exclusive Awake and Empowered Expo Partner | $35,000 (1 opportunity)

Make a broad impact as our exclusive partner and host of this one of a kind event. Our Expo Partner makes the first impression as sponsor of our opening night exhibitor showcase and sound immersion. Your firm will also receive a dedicated hospitality suite for the event and host our Friday evening gifting suite. Our Expo Partner’s logo and brand will be integrated before, during and after the conference through exclusive rights to video screens, recognition on our promo bag, signage, social media campaigns and VIP print and web ads. An expo representative is dedicated to your account and works closely with your firm to design a plan to distinguish your brand as a vital tool for thriving in a new era. *Companies offering food samples must hold $1 million dollars in liability insurance and be pre-approved by the venue to participate in sponsorship programs.

Awake and Empowered Expo Supporter | $3,000

Break new ground as a leader in health and wellness as you stand out from the crowd as an AEE Supporter. A dedicated Awake and Empowered marketing representative will assist you in the design and promotion of your presentation to maximize attendance and exposure at the event.  AEE Supporters receive:

• Premium exhibit table location
• 10-15 minute presentation on stage*
• Opportunity to give away a product or service during the presentation to attract more attendees
• Two free admission pass to all 3 days of our expo (excluding Afterglow and workshops)
• Two additional tickets at discounted price of $99 each
• Social media blast
• Ad on the website, placement determined by Awake And Empowered Expo web staff
• 1/2 page ad in Awake And Empowered Expo program, premium position

*Presentation outline must be submitted for approval with the Exhibitor Contract. AAE Expo reserves the right to cancel and refund any Expo Sponsor presentations for any reason. Due to a limited amount of stage time, the Exhibitor Sponsor package is subject to availability, so reserve your spot early. Content must fit our mission of higher consciousness and intent to provide positive, uplifting solutions that improve the health, happiness and vibration of our attendees and guests.
