The premium exhibitor rate of $400 includes:

Exhibitor Sponsor | $1,000

Exhibitor Sponsor includes a

  • Premium exhibit placement, electrical outlet, a
  • 10-15 minute presentation on stage
  • Promotional product or service giveaway to expo attendees. 
  • A free admission to all 3 days of our expo (excluding Afterglow and workshops),
  • An opportunity to purchase 2 additional tickets as a special discounted price.

*Presentation outline must be submitted for approval with the Exhibitor Contract. AAE Expo reserves the right to cancel and refund any Expo Sponsor presentations for any reason. Due to a limited amount of stage time, the Exhibitor Sponsor package is subject to availability, so reserve your spot early.

Reader | $150

The reader rate of $150 includes space for 2 chairs (included) and a standard 3 foot card table (not included). You must bring your own card table to use at the event.

Awake and Empowered Exhibitor Showcase
A Mind, Body, Soul Experience

Friday night, the expo opens with a free event designed for our exhibitors to showcase their innovative product and services.  This event is free and will be promoted to our attendees and the local community as a unique opportunity to experience highly conscious products and services to help live a happier and healthier life. We encourage exhibitors to offer special demonstrations, free samples and giveaways tailored especially for this special event. The evening will include a raffle to draw attention to your business and booth location. All gift certificates, product giveaways and samples should be brought with you Friday evening and kept at your booth. A representative from our exhibit team will contact you regarding your unique offering for this event and work closely with you on promotions. The Exhibitor Showcase kicks off our opening night event starting at 7:15 p.m., so don't forget to invite your clients, friends and family to this incredible experience.


Security | Premium exhibit tables are located near outside doors of the venue and security is not provided.  Standard Exhibit tables can be moved into rooms to be locked overnight. The Expo is not responsible for security or exhibitor’s valuables.

Shipping/Storage | If an exhibitor requires extra assistance regarding shipping or storage arrangements, they will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on needs.  Please contact our exhibits manager to inquire.  Materials cannot be stored in the common areas of the hotel or your event space after the conclusion of the event.  Any alternate storage must be arranged with the exhibit manager.

Signage | We will provide a sign showing your booth number only.  Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own signage.

Electric | Some electric access is available, depending on the location of your exhibit table.  Extension cords and power strips will be provided by the venue at an extra charge.  Please contact our Exhibits Manager for details. ($50 additional per vendor table for electrical connection)
